24t Custom Fixed Lifting Beam
This bespoke 24 tonne fixed lifting beam was designed and manufactured by Carl Stahl Fabrication to support the safe removal and installation of heavy industrial components within a demanding process plant environment. Engineered for high-capacity lifting operations, the beam provides a secure and stable lifting arrangement where precise load control is essential.
Manufactured from high-strength structural steel, the fabricated beam incorporates multiple lifting points to accommodate different lifting configurations and improve load distribution during operation. The compact design allows the beam to be utilised within restricted access areas while maintaining safe lifting practices.
Finished in a high-visibility yellow coating for improved on-site safety and identification, the lifting beam was supplied complete with proof load testing and certification in accordance with BS EN 13155 requirements.

The completed project delivered a heavy-duty lifting solution capable of safely handling large industrial components during maintenance, inspection and replacement operations. The multiple lifting point arrangement provides flexibility when configuring lifts while helping to maintain load stability throughout the lifting process.
Designed and fabricated in the UK by Carl Stahl Fabrication, the beam combines robust construction, operational reliability and long-term durability. All bespoke lifting equipment can be supplied with proof load testing, certification and supporting technical documentation to meet operational and compliance requirements.
