8t Adjustable Lifting Beam
This bespoke 8 tonne adjustable lifting beam was designed and manufactured by Carl Stahl Fabrication for a client requiring greater flexibility when lifting loads of varying dimensions and weight distributions. The beam features multiple adjustable lifting points, allowing the lifting configuration to be adapted to suit different load centres and operational requirements.
Manufactured from high-strength structural steel, the fabricated lifting beam was finished in a high-visibility yellow coating for improved on-site safety and equipment identification. The assembly was supplied with proof load testing and supporting certification in accordance with BS EN 13155 requirements.

The completed project delivered a versatile lifting beam capable of accommodating a wide range of load geometries and lifting configurations. Adjustable suspension positions enable operators to optimise load balance, improve stability and maintain safer lifting practices during routine handling operations.
Designed and fabricated in the UK by Carl Stahl Fabrication, the beam combines durability, flexibility and ease of adjustment. All bespoke lifting equipment can be supplied with proof load testing, certification and technical documentation to support safe operation and compliance requirements.
