The Challenge

Remove and reinstall a critical rotating component within a restricted foundry environment during a planned maintenance shutdown.

The Solution

Carl Stahl designed and manufactured a bespoke lifting attachment specifically engineered to safely lift, position and reinstall the component within the available operating envelope.

The Result

The component was successfully removed and reinstalled safely, allowing the maintenance programme to be completed within the shutdown schedule.
